Returns and replacements


Have you bought the goods you are not satisfied with? Maybe we can advise you on our customer line or chat support at the bottom right corner of the page. We can take a look at your phone settings or answer all your questions and you'll find out that your Xiaomi product is actually cool :) 

You may also change your mind and would like to replace the goods. For example, when you buy a case for a different phone than you intended, or if you are not satisfied with the capacity of your PowerBank and want some bigger one.

If this does not convince you of the Xiaomi qualities, then you have, of course, 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract and return the goods. You can find all the details in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), where you can find out the status of the goods, what are the possible deadlines, etc.

Frequently asked questions

What can I return or replace?

You may return most new, unopened items sold by within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You don't have to return the whole order, you can keep as many items as you wish.

Please try to return the items as complete as possible (with all documentation, packaging, etc.). If the returned items will be considered as "used", we're allowed to charge you % of the total returned amount as a fee to make the items sellable (replacing scratched parts etc.).

When will I get my refund?

By law we're allowed to send you the refund within 2 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it usually takes 3-5 business days to make a bank transfer on our side.

Does Xiaomi-Store offer replacements or exchanges? 

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item and collect the defective one from you (in case of higher value). If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, please let us know via e-mail, phone or chat. Please prepare the original order number and tells us, which item you'd like to have. We'll find the best solution for you.

Where to return the items?

For our customers from Germany, Austria, Romania or Hungary - we're aware, that sending items back to Czech Republic isn't really cheap and it can be easily higher than the value of returned goods. That's why we prepared the better solution to you.

  1. 1) Let us know via e-mail, that you're willing to return the order items - , SUBJECT: RETURN REQUEST
  2. 2) Fill out this return form and please attach it to the returned item
  3. 3) Please carefully enwrap the package, so it will arrive to us safe and sound 
  4. 4) We'll send you PDF Barcode sticker via e-mail, all you need is to print it and stick it to the package

IN CASE you're from Hungary or Romania, you can also take the package to your nearest Csomagküldő.hu - adagolási pont (Hungary) or Coletă - pick-up point (Romania) and you don't have to send it to the address above. They'll care of it at the pick-up point.
