If you have a firm decision to return the goods, we have prepared a straightforward system for you. No printing and filling in forms! We are living in the 21st century, which one of you still has a printer at home?!

Just enter the email you used in the order in the box below. You will receive a link to our guide to the mailbox, which will guide you through the return process.

  1. You'll fill in the required fields, then receive the instructions by e-mail with the case number and address, where the goods should be sent.
  2. Please carefully enwrap the package, so it'll arrive to us safe and sound. Write the case number on top of the box and send it. That's it!
  3. You're constantly informed by e-mail about the returning process.

Frequently asked questions

What can I return or replace?

You can return undamaged goods from our e-shop within 14 days of delivery/collection. You do not always have to return the entire order; you can only return part of it. In the wizard, you choose which goods from the order you want to return.

Please try to return the items as complete as possible (with all documentation, packaging, etc.). If the returned item will be considered as "used", we're allowed to charge you % of the total returned amount as a fee to make the item sellable (replacing scratched parts etc.).

When will I get my refund?

By law we're allowed to send you the refund within 2 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it usually takes 3-5 business days to make a bank transfer on our side.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes we do. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, please let us know via e-mail or phone. Please prepare the original order number and tells us, which item you'd like to have. We'll find the best solution for you.

The goods already arrived damaged, what to do now?

Call us or email us as soon as you find out. We’ll send you a replacement of the same item and collect the defective one from you (in case of higher value).

I can't see the shipping address in my mailbox, where should I send the returning goods?

Please, send it to one of these addresses. Please be sure to fill in the full address, every single line. Choose the address close to you.
