What can I return or replace?
You can return undamaged goods from our e-shop within 14 days of delivery/collection. You do not always have to return the entire order; you can only return part of it. In the wizard, you choose which goods from the order you want to return.
Please try to return the items as complete as possible (with all documentation, packaging, etc.). If the returned item will be considered as "used", we're allowed to charge you % of the total returned amount as a fee to make the item sellable (replacing scratched parts etc.).
When will I get my refund?
By law we're allowed to send you the refund within 2 weeks of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it usually takes 3-5 business days to make a bank transfer on our side.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, please let us know via e-mail or phone. Please prepare the order number and tells us, which item you'd like to have. We'll find the best solution for you.
The goods already arrived damaged, what to do now?
Call us or email us as soon as you find out. We’ll send you a replacement of the same item and collect the defective one from you (in case of higher value).
If you purchased goods from us and it broke down during the warranty period, you are entitled to repair it free of charge. The process is straightforward, with no printing! Complaints are governed by the Complaints Procedure.
In the wizard above, just enter the order number and email that you used in the order. The wizard will guide you through the entire process of claiming goods.
- Fill in the required fields, and you will receive an e-mail with the shipping address where the product should be sent together with the case number.
- Pack the defective product, fill in the case number, and send it. That is all! No archaic forms printing.
- You're always informed about the claim process via e-mail.
Did you break your Xiaomi? Is it not working as intended? It does not matter if it was purchased from us or not, we offer after-warranty service for all.
Prices below are indicative, including VAT, and do not include postage (which is subject to our price list).
If you are interested in any non-warranty repair, please fill your e-mail address and order number in the guide above. If you don't have any order number, fill the field with zero. Then you'll describe your issue and type of device you want to repair. We will check your request and let you know, whether the spare parts are currently in stock or how long the repair will take. You'll also get the address to our service center, where you'd send your device.
Do you need to fix your phone as soon as possible? We also offer express repairs for an additional fee of CZK 250. However, it always depends on the workload. Please give us a call or send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and let's make an appointment for express service.
If possible, always back up all data and log out of your Xiaomi account before repairing your phone.
